Surfaced was started by salespeople who've spent 15 years selling products and services to companies and institutions, in person and online.
Talking to people is a skill. It's a muscle, and you build it one conversation at a time. We've had a lot of those conversations: software, services and digital products, small companies and big institutions, face to face and over video, in English and in Spanish.
We also run LeadPocket, a cold-email agency, and that's where Surfaced came from. We kept seeing good leads go nowhere once they got on a call. The product was fine. The lead was fine. The person on the call just wasn't a salesperson. Usually it was a founder who'd much rather be building.
There are more people building products right now than ever, and a lot of them are vibe coding their way to real traction. That's great. But you can't vibe code a sales call. So that's what we do: we take the calls booked on your site, under your brand, and we treat your customers like they're our own.
We're small on purpose. You won't get a random freelancer from a marketplace. You'll get one of us, the same person on your calls every time, and that person will learn your product until they can sell it as well as you can. Usually better, if we're honest.
